But there is hope!
Read through our new analysis, “Accelerating Affordable Housing: The Funds Miami-Dade Needs Now” - sponsored by the Health Foundation of South Florida and Wells Fargo - detailing the amount and type of funding needed to greatly accelerate the growth of low-cost housing in Miami-Dade.
Miami Homes For All's mission is to ensure that all Miami-Dade residents have a safe, affordable place to call home. Also, the shortage of units for those households is 5 times the shortage for those earning over 80% of area median income.
