Accelerating affordable housing in miami-dade
Miami-Dade, confronting a large gap in our affordable housing supply, has an opportunity to close a significant share of that it.
We analyzed a database of the affordable housing projects in the pipeline that do not yet have financing, reflecting 72 affordable housing developments and 9,518 units. These reports tells us how much and what type of funding is needed to make those affordable homes a reality.
