RentConnect: Miami Landlord Network

We’re partnering with the Homeless Trust and the Children’s Trust to recruit landlords to RentConnect, a collaborative initiative where property managers can easily navigate and register their properties for rental subsidy programs and have vacancies filled rapidly. This is a part of our efforts to place youth and families into low cost housing throughout the County.

When you sign up with us, we become the single point of contact to get you connected with multiple organizations and fill property vacancies. Scroll down for our more details about this program and upcoming dates to our information sessions.

As we embark on the initial stages of program development, our primary focus is to create a robust database that will facilitate seamless connections between caseworkers and our valued landlords. To ensure we have the most accurate and up-to-date information, we kindly request you fill out the following survey.

Are you a landlord/property manager? Sign up here and fill out this survey.

We recently hosted our first hybrid landlord meetup where we answered questions about RentConnect and enrolled new participants in the program. We’ll be hosting these introductory sessions for  landlords and property managers once a month.
